Colleen has over 10 years of recruiting and human resources experience. After receiving an MBA from the University of San Francisco, Colleen joined Arthur Andersen, where she spent five years in various roles, including Director of Audit Recruiting for the Northern California practice. Following Arthur Andersen, Colleen led the human resources organizations at two start-up networking companies, where she recruited top talent for all functional areas.

Colleen has served as a founding board member and recent past-president of the Belmont-Redwood Shores educational foundation, and is on the board of the Carlmont High School Academic Foundation.  She is also an active leader at Temple Beth El in San Mateo.

Colleen joins KarrScheffel as an Associate, working closely with the partners to assist them in identifying the best talent for our clients.
